Elvis et Moi jewellery is handcrafted and carefully presented to you in a paper pouch. It is best to store your precious jewels in this packaging when it’s not being worn.

We also provide a 6 months warranty on our jewellery, please see our care and repair policy for more information.

All Elvis et moi pieces are hand made to order. This means you will have a completely unique piece, that has been made especially for you.

It takes one day to handcraft your beautiful piece, plus the relevant shipping time which you can find in our shipping policy.

Returns & Exchanges

At Elvis et Moi, we want you to truly adore your handcrafted jewellery — it’s made with love, after all. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it better (within reason, of course).

Change of Mind
If you’ve had a change of heart, we offer a store credit for eligible items — as long as they’re unworn, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery (or purchase for in-store buys).
Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind — but a sparkle credit never goes out of style. Credit notes are valid for 12 months.

Size Exchanges
Need a different size in the same piece? We’re happy to help where possible — just get in touch within 7 days.

Please note the following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons — we’re sure you understand)
• Custom-engraved pieces
• International orders – All sales are final. We take great care in packing your parcel, but cannot be responsible for items lost in international transit.

All returns must be approved and can be processed either in-store or via post. Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
