CRAFTING YOUR ORDER
All Elvis et Moi pieces are handcrafted to order — created especially for you, not pulled from a shelf. This means your piece is uniquely yours, made with intention and care.
Each design takes approximately one day to craft (beautiful things take a little time). Please allow additional time for shipping as outlined below.
If you urgently need your item, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our very best to prioritise it. While we always try to accommodate special timelines, we cannot guarantee that every order can be fast-tracked — our atelier works with precision, not panic.
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
Once your piece has been crafted, it is carefully wrapped and prepared for the next courier collection. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number so you can follow your jewellery’s journey all the way to you.
We kindly ask customers to double-check their shipping details at checkout, as Elvis et Moi cannot be held responsible for deliveries affected by input errors (we promise to craft beautifully — but we can’t fix typos). If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to assist.

Please note that the delivery timeframes above are estimates provided by Australia Post and DHL and are intended as a guide only.
Australia Post and DHL are trusted delivery partners. Once an order has been scanned as delivered, Elvis et Moi is unable to refund or replace the parcel.
DUTIES & TAXES
For international deliveries (outside Australia), duties and taxes may apply in accordance with your country’s import regulations.
As the recipient of the parcel, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local sales taxes required to release your order.
Elvis et Moi is unable to advise on these potential costs, so we recommend contacting your local customs authority if you require further clarification — every country has its own rules.
