Elvis et moi jewellery is handcrafted and carefully presented to you in paper pouch. It is best to store your precious jewels in this packaging when it’s not being worn. Although swimming in the ocean is safe for Elvis et moi pieces, chlorinated pools and spa will cause your jewellery to tarnish. Exposure to skin creams, sunscreen and perfume can also cause your jewellery to lose its lustre. All of our jewellery is delicate and should be handled carefully, pulling at chains and fasteners may result in breakage.

We offer a six month warranty period for any repairs required under normal wear. If other jewellers undertake repairs or alterations to Elvis et moi pieces, it will void this warranty period.  

If damage does occur to your Elvis et moi jewellery, or you would like to have it professionally cleaned and polished, we are happy to help. Please contact our customer care team on info@elvisetmoi.com to share personal contact details and provide proof of purchase.

Once we reply with an RA#, items should be sent to our Sydney atelier along with a self-addressed and pre-paid express post bag so we can return your mended items home. 

On a case by case basis, some repairs may incur a fee, we will estimate this cost to you before undertaking the repair. This fee will be invoiced to you via email and repairs will commence once your payment has been received. 

If you are ever to lose one of your earrings, we are happy to sell single earrings so that your set will remain complete.

Each Elvis et Moi piece is handcrafted to order and can require a day of making.

If you need a fast-tracked order, please contact us before making your purchase. while we endeavour to meet every demand, we cannot guarantee all orders can be fast-tracked.

Once your order has been crafted, it is carefully wrapped and dispatched with the next courier collection. An automated email notification will be sent to you, providing a tracking number so you can monitor your jewellery’s journey. 

Please note: Elvis et moi is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies.

We kindly ask our customers to provide correct address information as Elvis et moi cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.

Australia Post and Dhl are both provide trusted services and, as such, Elvis et moi will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.

Refund Policy

At Elvis et Moi, we create timeless jewellery that you’ll cherish forever. As such, all pieces are non-refundable. For hygienic reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. If you wish to exchange an unworn piece for a less expensive item, we cannot provide a refund or credit for the price difference.

To ensure an exchange is accepted, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Should a returned piece not meet our standards, it will be sent back to you.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential. Earrings, however, cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene considerations or change of mind. For bracelets, necklaces, or rings, we’re happy to assist with exchanges for sizing adjustments or to offer store credit.

How to initiate an exchange:

  1. Email us at info@elvisetmoi.com with your order number and details of the piece you’d like to exchange.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a payment link for the return shipping fee.

Shipping Fees:

  • Domestic Returns: $10 AUD.
  • International Returns: All sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted. While we take care in preparing your order, we cannot be held responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges for less expensive items will not include a refund for the difference.
  • Sale and promotional items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
