Returns & Order Policy
At Elvis et Moi, every piece is handcrafted with love — and we want you to absolutely adore what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, here’s everything you need to know.
Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes, hearts change. If you’ve changed your mind about an item, we’re happy to offer a credit note (excluding shipping), valid for 12 months.
To be eligible:
- The piece must be unworn, in original condition, and in its packaging
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
Please note: we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We pride ourselves on quality — but if you receive something that’s faulty or not as described, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. If the item is confirmed faulty, you’ll receive a full refund, exchange, or credit, including return postage.
No Returns On:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Sale items marked final
Cancellations & Order Changes
Once an order is placed, it’s lovingly packed and sent off as quickly as possible. For this reason, we do not allow cancellations or changes once an order has been confirmed. Please double-check your order before checking out.
