CRAFTING YOUR ORDER
All Elvis et moi pieces are hand made to order. This means you will have a completely unique piece, that has been made especially for you.
It takes up to 5 days to handcraft your beautiful piece and please note additional shipping times below.
If you urgently need your item/s please get in contact with us prior to placing the order, and we will do our best to prioritise your order to get it to you in time. Whilst we endeavour to meet every request, we cannot guarantee your order to be fast-tracked however.
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been crafted, it is carefully wrapped and dispatched with the next courier collection. An email will be sent to you notifying you of the shipment, along with a tracking number so you may monitor your item’s journey.
We kindly ask our customers to provide the correct shipping information as Elvis et moi cannot be held accountable for incorrect deliveries to do input errors. If you do make a mistake on your order please get in contact with us straight away.

We have taken the above delivery times from the Australia Post and DHL websites but please note they are a guide only, and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, disruptions may occur and delivery delays may be experienced.
Australia Post and DHL are both trusted services and, as such, Elvis et moi will not refund or replace lost orders that have been scanned as delivered.
DUTIES & TAXES
For international deliveries (outside of Australia), duties and taxes may be payable, according to the relevant import laws of that country. As the customer and therefore, recipient of the package, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes stated by your country, and payment will be required to release your order from customs upon arrival in the country.
Elvis et moi are unable to specify what these costs, if any, may be, so please get in contact with your local government for more information if required.
