Return Policy
At Elvis et Moi, we want you to adore your handcrafted jewelry. Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the purchase date. For online orders, this period begins on the day your parcel is delivered.
We provide size exchanges for the same product or store credit for eligible items.
Please note that refunds are not available.
- Earrings: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
- Custom-engraved pieces: These are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- International orders: All sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted. While we take care in preparing your order, we cannot be held responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
