At Elvis et moi, we pride ourselves on creating beautiful handcrafted jewellery of the highest quality. Each piece of our jewellery is handmade as part of limited collections, and consequently we do not offer refunds. However, depending on the situation, we can offer a credit.
Please get in contact with us at info@elvisetmoi.com to request a return and we will reply with a solution. Please do not send us your jewellery without getting in contact first as we cannot return this to you nor provide a refund.
Any purchases made through an Elvis et moi stockist must be returned to the original point of purchase and is subject to their individual policies.
For reasons of hygiene, we do not accept returns on lingerie and earrings sold on our website.
